Integrate a SNR-Independent Neural Mapper with Sionna-based APP Demapper for NOMA

The goal of this task is to design and implement a hybrid communication model that integrates a deep learning-based transmitter with a classical statistical receiver. Specifically, we aim to develop a Non-SNR Adaptive Neural Mapper combined with a Sionna-based APP (A Posteriori Probability) Demapper.
